Jim Norris Jim is a native of Stow, Ohio. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Ohio State University and his J.D. from Capital University. He was elected to the Order of the Curia. Jim was in private practice in Centerburg, Ohio for 25 years before joining Critchfield, Critchfield & Johnston Ltd. in 2001 and is a member of the firm. Jim currently chairs the Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees, Knox County Public Defender Commission and Board of Trustees of The Mount Vernon Rotary Club. Jim has served on the Board of the United Way of Knox County, Trustee of the Centerburg United Methodist Church, Centerburg Public Library and other organizations. |

Joel Daniels Joel has obtained a Masters Degree of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, Master of Arts Degree, College Student Personnel, from Ohio State University, Bachelor of Science Degree, Recreation Management, from Ohio University, and completed Intensive Mediation Training, at Capital University Law School. His community involvement includes: Past President, Executive Board of the Muskingum Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America, Leadership Knox Alumni Committee, Knox County Chamber of Commerce, Executive Board for Knox County Chamber of Commerce, Nominating Committee, Gay Street United Methodist Church, and Rotary Club of Knox County. |

Marc Odenweller Marc Odenweller is the partner-in-charge of auditing and accounting at Dennis & Schisler, Inc. located in Mount Vernon, Ohio. In addition to overseeing the auditing and accounting functions of clients throughout Knox County, Marc also provides tax planning and preparation services. A proud resident of Knox County for over 10 years, Marc appreciates working with the many great employers and individuals located throughout this county. In addition to serving on the executive committee as treasurer, Mr. Odenweller enjoys volunteering for organizations including the United Way of Knox County, Kiwanis Club of Mount Vernon, and Distinguished Young Women of Ohio. |

Sally Nelson Sally Nelson started her accounting career in 1976 at the Columbus office of Price Waterhouse. She and her husband Joe relocated to Mt. Vernon in 1979 when Joe accepted a position at Kenyon College. Sally started Nelson & Nelson, CPAs from her home in the early 1980's. The office is now located on the corner of Upper Gilchrist and Venture Drive. Sally is treasurer for Food for the Hungry and Schnormeier Gardens Foundation. She serves as an advisor for Owl Creek Conservancy and has recently joined the Peoples Bank board. Sally is finishing her term on the board of the Community Foundation of Mount Vernon and Knox County as treasurer and Development Committee Chair. In the past, Sally has served on the board of the Woodward Development Corporation, the Rotary Foundation and she has been active in United Way and Psi Iota Xi. One of Sally's favorite Albert Einstein quotes is "Not everything that can be counted counts and not everything that counts can be counted." Nelson & Nelson's mission is: "To count. Jeffrey L. Boucher Jeff has been self-employed for 31 years and opened his first business in October 1980. Jeff's community support touches many lives and he gives his time to several organizations. He is the Treasurer of The Foundation for Knox Community Hospital, and serves on the following boards and committees: Red Cross of Knox County, the Parking Company, GDMC (Greater Downtown Management Council) and is a member of the Executive Board and Board of Trustees of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce. |

Korey Kidwell Korey is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Knox County Bar Association. In the community he is the Vice-President of Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries Board of Trustees, a member of the East Knox Board of Education, the Knox County Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees, and the Mount Vernon YMCA Board of Trustees. Korey is a 2009 Graduate of Leadership Knox. |

Bruce White Bruce holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a certification in Healthcare Management and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Bruce has been actively involved in many local service groups and organizations including: Knox County Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees and Executive Board, United Way of Knox County, Kiwanis Club of Mount Vernon, Knox County Salvation Army, Past Board member of the YMCA of Mount Vernon, Past member Citizens' Advisory Council, Mount Vernon Developmental Center. |

Bill Hanna Bill has been the Sales and Purchasing Manager at Ver-Mac Industries since 1998 and is serving his first term on the Chamber Board. Bill received his bachelor's degree from Ashland University in 1992 and a Master's of Science in Management from The Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2007. Bill lives in Mount Vernon with his wife Heidi and their two children Mack and Macy. |

Jason Hall A native of Mount Vernon, Jason resides in Mount Vernon with his wife, Tessa, and two daughters, Hailey and Emma. He is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Jason continues to contribute to the Community as an active member of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce, serving as a Board Member and a member of the Safety Council Steering Committee. Jason also serves as a Board Member of the Foundation for Knox Community Hospital and is a member of Rotary Club. Besides his community activity and his loving family, another passion includes his family owned business, Modern Builders Inc. |

Myra Wilson Myra currently is serving her third 3-year term on the Board of Trustees and received the Board Chair Award in 2009. She is the co-founder and co-chair of HR Views-n-News committee. Myra received the 2004 Athena Award for actively assisting women in realizing their full leadership potential and is a graduate of Leadership Knox, class of 2003. She currently holds the position of Human Resource Development Coordinator for the Knox County Career Center Adult Education; responsible for working with business and industry to develop employee development programs and HR consulting for small businesses. Myra is Certified as Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resource Management. |

Pat McLarnan Pat is employed at Rolls-Royce Energy Systems as Manager, Labor Relations and has been with the company for 26 years. Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, he was an Assistant Vice President at First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Mount Vernon. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Ashland University. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Pat and his wife Karen, both lifelong residents of Mount Vernon are the parents of two grown children, Nicole Schulte and John McLarnan. They have four grandchildren. |

Ryan Sponsler Serving first year as a Knox County Chamber of Commerce Board Member. Ryan is the Vice President of Donley Auto Group which consists of 3 other locations in Ashland, Shelby, and Galion. Donley Auto Group is involved in sponsoring many charities and organizations including the Heritage Centre, First Fridays, United Way, Dan Emmett Festival and many more local events. His wife and 2 children reside in Mount Vernon and are very proud to be part of this wonderful community. |

Susan Sukys Susan Sukys is President of the Mount Vernon office of Money Concepts Financial Planning, an independent financial advising firm. In addition to serving on the Chamber's Board and previously on its Executive Committee, Susan holds board positions with the: Rotary Foundation, KCH Foundation, and Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. She also serves on the Gambier Village Council. |

Terry Divelbiss Terry and his wife Ellen have three sons Donald, David, and Daniel. Terry is a graduate of Fredericktown HS, BSEE from Indiana Institute of Technology, President and founder of Divelbiss Corporation, President of the Knox County Airport Authority Board, Chair of Area Development Foundation of Knox County, Board Member of Knox County Chamber of Commerce, Board member of The Community Foundation of Mount Vernon and Knox County, Vice Chair Knox Campus Advisory Board of Central Ohio Technical College. Terry is also a member of the Fredericktown Community Development Foundation, Fredericktown Community Foundation, Knox County Republican Central Committee and Executive Board, Fredericktown United Methodist Church, International Society of Automation, American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers, Society of Automotive Engineers International, AOPA, EAA, and a Commercial Multiengine Instrument Pilot. |

Terry Bumpus Terry is a graduate of Centerburg High School and earned his B.S. in Government & Public Administration from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. Terry began his banking career as a teller and has held various levels in the banking industry including management trainee, assistant branch manager, branch manager, senior banking officer, and assistant secretary. Terry is the current president and CEO of First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Centerburg, Ohio. Terry is a member and elder of the Centerburg Church of Christ and Board Member of the Centerburg Senior Services. Terry and his wife Debby have been married for more than 30 years; they have four children and are proud grandparents to twin girls. |

Vickie Sant Vickie has been employed with First-Knox National Bank since 1976. Vickie obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Her current affiliations include: First-Knox National Bank Board of Directors, Rotary Club, President, Knox County Chamber of Commerce Board Member, City of Mount Vernon Audit Committee, and Leadership Knox Alumnus. |
