  • Chamber Ambassadors serve as liaisons between the Chamber, the membership and the business community. Their mission is to support the business community by mentoring current and new members.

    Volunteering as a Ambassador provides the following benefits to you and your business:

    • One-on-one contact with the “movers and shakers” of the Knox County.
    • Exposure of your name and company.
    • “Sneak peek” of new businesses and invitations to celebrations in the community.

    Leadership Knox is designed to identify, nurture and promote future and existing leaders in Knox County. The program develops informed and committed leaders by providing participants with an understanding of the critical issues affecting Knox County and beyond. Leadership and stewardship capabilities will be developed to assist in resolving these issues with an emphasis on Knowledge, Skills Enhancement and Trusteeship.

    Also, alumni of the Leadership Knox program may serve on the steering committee. This fun and interactive committee facilitate the modules and create the agenda. If you are a LK alum and interested in serving on the next steering committee, email programs@knoxchamber.com for details.

  • Knox County Safety Council is a program of the Ohio BWC, and is facilitated by The Knox County Chamber of Commerce.

    The goal of the Knox County Safety Council is to increase safety awareness and promote greater interest in the prevention of occupational accidents and disease.  Meetings are the third Wednesday each month with featured speakers addressing issues of on-the-job safety.  Visit the Chamber's website calendar for month meeting details.

  • Spring Swing Golf Outing is held on the Thursday prior to the Memorial Day weekend. This fun-filled event is a great opportunity to meet people and promote your company.  Sponsorship and volunteer opportunities are available. 


  • The mission of the Knox County Young Professionals (KCYP) is to strengthen and advance the next generation of professionals in Knox County. Providing opportunities for networking training mentorship education, philanthropy and professional development.

    KCYP believes these resources will create meaningful and lasting relationships, sustain the collaborative mindset in the business community, and stimulate growth in the workplace and local economy. Formed in early 2022, KCYP is open to all business associates between the ages of 21-45.
