WHAT IS LEADERSHIP KNOX? Founded by the Knox County Chamber in 2000, Leadership Knox is a 10-month program designed to provide our community with an enduring source of diverse leaders who are prepared and committed to serving their community.
A skills-building program, Leadership Knox aims to: identify and motivate emerging community leaders; provide an educational experience with a strong emphasis on social and community awareness; and challenge participants to apply their talents within their community while providing an opportunity to become involved. If you are invited to participate, we are confident that it will be an enriching, engaging, and an inspiring journey that will not be forgotten. HOW ARE CANDIDATES CHOSEN? Each year, approximately 30 candidates are chosen to participate in the program. Applications are evaluated by a committee. Candidates will be notified of their selection status in June 2020.
