Start Date: August 2025
Reports To: High School Principal
Salary: Based on experience and education
Work Week/Year: 186-day contract

Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry including extensive knowledge of framing, drywall, masonry, heavy equipment fundamentals, project management, concrete, plumbing, electricity, and blueprint reading
* Must meet industry qualifications, hold industry credentials, and local requirements to complete construction projects and operate heavy equipment
* Building Technology teaching license preferred or ability to obtain
* A proven genuine interest in high school level students
* Willingness to work closely with academic teachers to meet student needs
*Strong communication skills and an ability to relate well with students, staff, parents, and the community
*Bus driver CDL license preferred or ability to obtain
*Must complete BCI/FBI and drug test
